Ashlea Wallington is the new Director of Entrepreneurship, leading the next phase of growth for Australia’s largest student accelerator

INCUBATE is proud to announce the appointment of Ashlea Wallington as the new Director of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Sydney Union.

Ashlea will be leading the next phase of growth for Australia’s largest student accelerator.

Ashlea joins INCUBATE’s core team of five, flanked by student leaders, resident entrepreneurs and mentors.

“The brief for me as Director is clear — how can we expand INCUBATE to meet the growing entrepreneurial appetite at the University?”

With a background spanning media, marketing, fundraising and management Ashlea brings a wealth of experience leading Australia’s largest community-based organisations with innovative industry partnerships.
